How To Delete Account

The following steps are to delete the account from OjaNLA app.
– Open OjaNLA app.
– Log in to your account.
– Then, scroll down to the Bottom of the Web App Screen.
– You’ll see “Delete My Account” Link under the “Help & Support” Menu.
– Clicking and confirming will delete the account.

All the data related to that account will be deleted.
If the User had enabled mobile number verification, only the verified mobile number will be kept in the database, so that he can not open another account with the same mobile number. This is to prevent scammers.
